Inject broth, stock, au jus, citrus juices, and marinades directly where needed. The Turkey Lacers (x6 reusable stainless steel pins, single-use cotton butcher twine) hold turkey together and secure stuffing inside. Insert the pins across the cavity and lace it closed with the butcher’s twine. Once cooked, pull pins to release twine. The Pop-Up Timers (x2, made in USA, BPA-free nylon, stainless steel, disposable, single-use) release a visible red stem when internal temperature reaches 180-degrees Fahrenheit.
